Save Money, Make Your Own Frappuccino!
*I received compensation in the form of a free Tervis Tumbler in exchange for this post*
Recently, I’ve become obsessed with frappuccinos. I mean, I’ve always liked them, but now I actually like coffee in them. Before, they were more like expensive milkshakes. Now they actually serve a purpose: to wake me up! And waking up isn’t something I am awesome at.
As much as I love Starbucks, I really can’t afford $4.50 a day. Even the McDonalds version is around $3.50. I’m not making enough blogging to afford that! 🙂 So what to do? Make your own of course!
There are SO many recipes out there to make your own frapp every morning. If you are on the go (like me when I am subbing), you need something so you can take it with you! I’m a big fan of Tervis Tumblers. Since it is football season, I’m taking around a Detroit Lions tumbler. Yes, I know, they suck, but I’m a Detroiter. You gotta rep your team even when they lose all the time.
OR, I guess you could get a Michigan or (boo) Michigan State tumbler. Sorry, my mom went to Michigan. Not that I actually care though honestly! Or I guess you could get any football team. But I’m sticking with Michigan teams!
Make sure you order the straw if you want to use it with your homemade frappuccino!
